Many Mackenzie Health employees are supporting the Foundation by joining the bi-weekly Pay Day Payout 50/50 Staff Lottery, which launched last May to strengthen Mackenzie Health’s culture of generosity and help raise awareness of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

Here’s how it works:

Every pay day during the lottery period (May 4 to Nov. 2, 2017), 3,900 tickets are available.

Eligible Mackenzie Health employees have a chance to win a maximum jackpot of $5,850; the actual prize amount varies with participation.

Fifty per cent of the proceeds go to the winner, while the other 50 per cent will help purchase much needed state-of-the-art equipment and technology for Mackenzie Health.

As of August, eight lucky employees have been awarded $12,972.
