Actual prize amount varies with participation to a maximum of $6,000 per draw. Fifty per cent of all money received for the biweekly draw will be awarded. A maximum of 4,000 tickets will be printed. A maximum of 116,000 tickets will be played (4,000 each of 29 draws). Draws conducted the Monday following each pay day at 10 a.m. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and on Mackenzie Health payroll. Visit our Rules and regulations or by calling the Foundation 905-883-1212 ext. 7819. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and posted here.. Your lottery ticket will be nullified with any missed payment. You can cancel your participation in the lottery at any time; simply notify Mackenzie Health Foundation in writing by email. Enrolments and cancellations must be received more than 20 days prior to the draw date.
